Industry Background

Ross has more than 30 years experience in the financial services industry. As a Chartered Accountant within a public practice, he has advised individual and corporate investors on a range of investment, taxation, and business issues.  During his career he has worked overseas including in London, New York and Tokyo and he brings an understanding of how global financial events impact upon the Australian investment environment. Ross was a Director at KPMG prior to creating Generational Financial Advice Pty Ltd. He is an Authorised Representative of Tupicoffs Pty Ltd.

Advice Philosophy

Ross has always operated in a professional context where clients pay by fee rather than by commission from product providers or a percentage of assets under management. His experience confirms that clients prefer to receive advice where conflicts of interest are eliminated. Ross believes that consistent application is the secret to building and protecting wealth. He has a particular interest in intergenerational wealth transfer within families.

Qualifications

Ross has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Financial Planning Association.
